Dismantling components of a front bumper are shown in fig. 8.25.

NOTE
Carry out installation of components as it should be, the return to removal.

Turn off two bolts and take one percussion cap of the top fastening of a front bumper (fig. 8.26).

Take out two percussion caps of side fastening of a bumper from two parties. To remove a percussion cap, extend it a little forward and turn a percussion cap hat on 90 ° (fig. 8.27).

Turn off and remove nine bolts of the lower fastening of a bumper (fig. 8.28).

Wring out three clips from each party on the case of a bumper and disconnect them from a body as it is shown in the figure 8.29. Disconnect also sockets of fog lamps (if they are established).
Remove a bumper.

Wring out two clips and remove a forward decorative overlay of a bumper (fig. 8.30).

Turn off two screws of fastening and remove an overlay of registration plate (fig. 8.31).

Turn off two screws of fastening from each party and remove decorative overlays of fog lamps (fig. 8.32).
Take out fog lamps from the bumper case (if they are established).

Remove the lower shock-absorber of a bumper (fig. 8.33).

Remove five percussion caps, turn off six bolts of fastening and remove the amplifier of a bumper from a body (fig. 8.34).

Turn off two bolts and two nuts of fastening and remove a forward element of the top shock-absorber of a bumper (fig. 8.35).

Turn off two nuts of fastening from each party of a body and remove side elements of the top shock-absorber of a bumper (fig. 8.36).
You make installation as it should be, the return to removal.
Moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of a side element of the top shock-absorber of a bumper: 8.5 N · m.
Moment of an inhaling of nuts and bolts of fastening of a forward element of the top shock-absorber of a bumper: 8.5 N · m.
The moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the amplifier of a bumper from a body: 34 N · m.
