Turn off a nut and remove the insulator of a conclusion.

Remove a plate of the rectifier (fig. 7.12).

Turn off three nuts of fastening of a cover and uncover the generator from the vypryamitelny block.

Uncover the brush holder (fig. 7.13).

Unscrew five screws and remove the brush holder with a cover and the electronic regulator of tension (fig. 7.14).

Remove a sealing plate (fig. 7.15).

Turn off four screws, remove the vypryamitelny block, four rubber insulators and a forward cover of the generator (fig. 7.16).

Install special devices "1-A" and "1-B" on a generator pulley. Holding special 1-A adaptation a dynamometer key, tighten special 1-B adaptation (clockwise) (fig. 7.17).

Inhaling moment: 39 N · m.

ATTENTION Make sure that special 1-A adaptation is reliably fixed on a rotor shaft.

Clamp special 1-C adaptation, as shown in the figure 7.18, and install on it the generator.

To turn off a nut of fastening of a pulley, turn special 1-A adaptation in the direction shown in the figure 7.19.

ATTENTION Not to damage a rotor shaft, turn off a nut of fastening of a pulley no more, than half way.

Remove the generator from special 1-C adaptation.

Unscrew special 1-B adaptation and remove special devices "1-A" and "1-B" (fig. 7.20).

Turn off a nut of fastening of a pulley and a pulley of the generator.

Turn off a bolt, three nuts of fastening and remove a clip of a plate and a back cover of the generator.

Uncover the brush holder.

Unscrew two screws of fastening and remove the brush holder.

Unscrew three screws and remove tension regulator.

Unscrew four screws and remove the insulator of a conclusion.

Remove the rubber insulator.

Remove a rectifier plate.

Unscrew four nuts and remove a conducting clip.

Using a stripper for bearings, remove the vypryamitelny block (fig. 7.21).

Remove a washer and take a rotor from a generator cover from the drive.
