6.2.1. TRC system designation
On the basis of the signals arriving from sensors of frequency of rotation of 4 wheels, the ECU/TRC/ABS control unit defines pro-slipping of wheels. In case of pro-slipping of any wheel at the command of the control unit pressure of brake fluid to the slipping wheel changes and supply of fuel in the engine is cut. This block also reduces the angle of opening of a butterfly valve. Further the provision of a butterfly valve is fixed so that to provide the required engine capacity. At pro-slipping of any wheel the TRC system automatically brings to it pressure of brake fluid. On the dashboard the control lamp of system blinks, notifying the driver on work of the TRC system. At the included TRC system the driver can feel some inertness of the movement. This phenomenon indicates malfunction as the optimum traction effort has a priority over other functions during the work of the TRC system. During the movement on sites where the coefficient of coupling with a paving changes, when switching to a low gear or pressing an accelerator pedal against the stop the TRC system can temporarily join.
If malfunction arises in a control system of a butterfly valve, the ECU/TRC block does not operate. At this moment only ABS control system works.
