Using a dilator, put an internal spring ring of the conducted shaft of management and install the conducted shaft in the case of a steering column (fig. 5.33).

Put an external spring ring of the conducted shaft of management.

By means of the special tool install the radial bearing of the conducted shaft (fig. 5.34)

Establish an arm of fastening of the case of a steering column (fig. 5.35).

NOTE At installation use new coupling bolts with a conic head. Tighten them until heads of bolts are not cut off.

Combine tags of an intermediate shaft and a shaft of the steering mechanism (fig. 5.36).

Insert a shaft of management into the case of an intermediate shaft.

Level tags of combination of an intermediate shaft and a shaft of management of a steering column. After that tighten a connecting bolt of fastening (fig. 5.37).

Establish a steering column assembled and tighten 3 bolts of fastening (fig. 5.38).

Inhaling moment: 20,6 N · m.

Establish an intermediate shaft assembled, combine tags of an intermediate shaft and an arm of a steering column and tighten a coupling bolt of fastening (fig. 5.39).

Inhaling moment: 35,3 N · m.

You make other assembly as it should be, the return to removal.

Before installation of a steering wheel correctly lay a spiral wire of the central safety cushion.

Make sure that wheels are established in the direction of the movement on a straight line.

Overwind a wire counterclockwise against the stop.

Overwind a wire clockwise on two and a half turns and combine tags, as shown in the drawing (fig. 5.40).

NOTE The wire can be turned on two and a half turns from the central situation to the right and to the left. After installation be convinced that the provision of a steering wheel corresponds to the direction of the movement.

ATTENTION If the overlay of a steering wheel has mechanical damages, i.e. cracks, dents or other defects, it is necessary to replace it new. Never use the overlay of a steering wheel taken from other car. Do not sort a slip assembled with the capsule of a steering safety cushion. Replace a slip only complete new. At installation make sure that the overlay of a steering wheel is established with the effort of an inhaling regulated by the specification.
