Apply tags on an intermediate shaft and a shaft of the steering mechanism (fig. 5.26).

Turn off A. Otvernite's bolt a bolt In and remove an intermediate shaft assembled (fig. 5.27).
Inhaling moment: 35 N · m.

Disconnect sockets, turn off four nuts of fastening and remove a steering column assembled (fig. 5.28).

Check a steering column regarding mechanical damages. Measure length of the leading shaft (fig. 5.29).
Standard length: 474,5 ± 1 mm.
If length does not correspond to specified, replace a steering column assembled.

By means of the special tool drill bolts with a conic head and take them from an arm (fig. 5.30).

Using a dilator, remove spring rings of the conducted shaft of management (outer side and inside) (fig. 5.31).
Remove an ignition lock arm from a pipe of a steering column. At installation of the lock of ignition use new bolts with a conic head. Tighten them until heads are not cut off.
