Install the bearing of the drive of a forward wheel.

Using special adaptation 09527-30010, 09527-10011 and a press, install the new bearing of the drive of a forward wheel (fig. 3.182).

Using a dilator of lock rings, establish a new right lock ring (fig. 3.183).
Establish a dustproof cover of the drive of a forward wheel.

Using special adaptation 09527-10011, 09726-40010 and a press, establish a new dustproof cover of the drive of a forward wheel. The distance from the end of a power shaft to a dustproof ring, as shown in the figure 3.184, has to meet standard.
Distance: 42,1± 0,5 mm.
Establish the right dustproof ring of the drive of a forward wheel.

Using special adaptation 09527-10011 and a press, establish a new right dustproof ring of the drive of a forward wheel. The distance from the end of a power shaft to a dustproof ring, as shown in the figure 3.185, has to meet standard.
Distance:
1AZ-FE, 2AZ-FE..... 91,5 ± 0,5 mm;
1MZ-FE...... 110,5 ± 0,5 mm.
Establish the left dustproof ring of the drive of a forward wheel.

Using special adaptation 09527-10011 and a press, establish a new left dustproof ring of the drive of a forward wheel (fig. 3.186).
Establish a new left lock ring of the drive of a forward wheel.

Establish a protective cover of the external hinge (fig. 3.187).
NOTE
Before installation of covers wrap up a shlitsevy part of a power shaft an adhesive tape not to damage covers.

Temporarily establish a new protective cover of the external hinge with 2 collars on a power shaft.
Fill the case of the internal hinge and a cover with jellied lubricant.
Amount of lubricant:
1AZ-FE, 2AZ-FE..... 190–200 g;
1MZ-FE..... 205–215 g.

Establish a collar of a protective cover of the external hinge (fig. 3.188).
Establish a power shaft in a soft vice.
Fix 2 collars of a protective cover of the external hinge on a cover.
Install special adaptation 09521-24010 on a bigger collar of a cover of the external hinge.
ATTENTION
|
Gap: 0,8 mm or more.
Tighten the screw of special adaptation before compression of a big collar.
ATTENTION
Do not tighten excessively the screw of special adaptation.

Using special adaptation 09240-00020, adjust a gap of a big collar (fig. 3.189).
Gap: 0,8 mm or are less.
Similarly establish a small collar of a cover of the external hinge.
Establish a damper of the drive of a forward wheel (the mechanical transmission).

Make sure that the damper of the drive of a forward wheel is in a flute of a shaft (fig. 3.190).
It is necessary to sustain distance which is given below.
Distance: 204,4 ± 2,0 mm.
Establish a damper of the right drive of a forward wheel (except the engine 1MZ-FE).

Make sure that the damper of the drive of a forward wheel is in a flute of a shaft (fig. 3.191).
It is necessary to sustain distance which is given below.
Distance: 204,4 ± 2,0 mm.
Install the internal hinge of the drive of a forward wheel.
Place the tripod a zakhodny facet to a shaft of the external hinge.

Level the assembly tags put before dismantling (fig. 3.192).
Using a brass core and the hammer, install the tripod on a shaft of the external hinge.
ATTENTION
You do not strike blows to rollers.

Using a dilator of a lock ring, establish a new lock ring on a shaft.
Fill the case of the internal hinge and a cover with jellied lubricant.
Amount of lubricant: 185–195 g.
Establish a cover of the internal hinge on a shaft.

Bend a tape and record collars of a cover of the internal hinge the screw-driver (fig. 3.193).
Check the drive of a forward wheel.
Make sure that in the external hinge there is no considerable gap.
Be convinced of smoothness of movement of the internal hinge in the axial direction.
Make sure that in the internal hinge there is no considerable radial gap.
Make sure that protective covers have no damages.
ATTENTION
Move a power shaft holding it horizontally.

Make sure that covers are in shaft flutes.
Make sure that covers are not stretched and are not compressed when the power shaft is in a free state.

1AZ-FE, 2AZ-FE:
left – (576,9± 2,0) mm;
right – (896,4 ±2,0) mm.
1MZ-FE:
left – (591,2 ±2,0) mm;
right – (890,0 ± 2,0) mm.
Install the drive of the left forward wheel assembled.
Cover vents of the internal hinge of the drive with working liquid for the automatic transmission.

Level vents of a shaft and install the drive of a forward wheel assembled by means of a brass core and the hammer (fig. 3.195).
ATTENTION
Establish a lock ring by a cut down. You watch to damaging an epiploon.

NOTE
To define whether there is a drive of the left wheel in contact with a gear wheel shaft, it is possible on a sound or feelings at its provorachivaniye.

Install the drive of the right forward wheel assembled.

Using the screw-driver, establish a lock ring of the bearing of a power shaft (fig. 3.196).
Establish a bolt.
Inhaling moment: 32.4 N · m.
ATTENTION
You watch to damaging an epiploon.

Establish a forward nave.
Establish a shaft of the drive of a forward wheel assembled in a nave opening.
ATTENTION
You watch to damaging a protective cover of the external hinge. You watch to damaging a speed sensor rotor.
|
Install the lower lever No. 1 of a forward suspension bracket.
Install the lower spherical hinge on the lever No. 1 of a forward suspension bracket and fix it by a bolt and a nut.
Inhaling moment: 127 N · m.
Establish steering draft.
Establish steering draft in a rotary fist and fix by a nut.
Inhaling moment: 49 N · m.
Install the new forelock.
ATTENTION
If openings for installation of the forelock do not coincide, tighten a nut in addition for 60 °.

Install the forward sensor of speed.
Fix a wire of the sensor and a forward flexible hose on the shock-absorber by a bolt.
Inhaling moment: 18,8 N · m.
Establish a sensor wire collar.
Install the forward sensor of speed on a rotary fist and fix by a bolt.
Inhaling moment: 8,0 N · m.
ATTENTION
You watch to damaging the speed sensor.
You watch that dirt did not get to an installation site.
Do not overwind a wire at installation of the sensor.

Establish a rack of the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
Establish a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability and fix it by a nut.
Inhaling moment: 74 N · m.
NOTE
If the finger of the spherical hinge is turned together with a nut, use a face wrench (6 mm) to record a finger.

Establish a nut of a nave of a forward wheel.
Establish a new nut of a nave of a forward wheel.
Inhaling moment: 294 N · m.

Using a chisel and the hammer, a zavaltsuyta a fillet of a nut of a nave of a forward wheel (fig. 3.197).
Establish a forward wheel.
Add working liquid in the automatic transmission (the automatic transmission).
Check working liquid of the automatic transmission (the automatic transmission).
Add oil in the transmission (the mechanical transmission).
Check oil of the mechanical transmission (the mechanical transmission).
Check and adjust the angles of installation of forward wheels.
Check ABS speed sensor signal.
