3.4.8.2. Dismantling

Merge working liquid from the automatic transmission (the automatic transmission).
Merge oil from the mechanical transmission in the block with the main transfer (the mechanical transmission).
Remove a forward wheel.

Fig. 3.163. A detachment of the deformed part of a fillet of a nut of a nave of a forward wheel

Using special adaptation 09930-00010 and the hammer, unbend the deformed part of a fillet of a nut of a nave of a forward wheel (fig. 3.163).

ATTENTION
Unbend the deformed part of a fillet completely, otherwise the carving on the drive can be damaged.

Turn off a nut of a nave of a forward wheel, pressing a brake pedal.

Fig. 3.164. A detachment of a rack of the forward stabilizer of cross stability from a damping rack of a forward suspension bracket

Turn off a nut, disconnect a rack of the forward stabilizer of cross stability from a damping rack of a forward suspension bracket (fig. 3.164).

NOTE
If the finger of the spherical hinge is turned together with a nut, use a face wrench (6 mm) to record a finger.

Remove a speed sensor wire collar.

Fig. 3.165. Speed sensor wire collar detachment

Turn off a bolt, disconnect a wire of the sensor and a forward flexible hose No. 1 from a damping rack of a forward suspension bracket (fig. 3.165).

Fig. 3.166. A speed sensor detachment from a rotary fist

Turn off a bolt, disconnect the speed sensor from a rotary fist (fig. 3.166).
Remove the forelock and a nut.

Fig. 3.167. A detachment of steering draft from a rotary fist

Using special adaptation 09628-62011, disconnect steering draft from a rotary fist (fig. 3.167).

Fig. 3.168. A suspension bracket No. 1 lever detachment from the lower spherical hinge

Turn off a bolt and 2 nuts and separate the suspension bracket No. 1 lever from the lower spherical hinge (fig. 3.168).
Using the kapron hammer, disconnect the drive of a forward wheel assembled from a wheel nave.

ATTENTION
You watch to damaging a cover and a rotor of the sensor of speed.

Remove the drive of a forward wheel assembled.

Fig. 3.169. Removal of the drive of a forward wheel assembled

Using special adaptation 09520-01010, 09520-24010, remove the drive of a forward wheel assembled (fig. 3.169).

ATTENTION
You watch to damaging an epiploon.

Fig. 3.170. Removal of a lock ring of the bearing of a power shaft

Using flat-nose pliers, remove a lock ring of the bearing of a power shaft (fig. 3.170).
Turn off a bolt and remove the right drive of a forward wheel assembled.
Record a nave of a forward wheel.

ATTENTION
The hug bearing can be damaged under the influence of car weight when moving the car with the removed power shaft.

Fig. 3.171. Fixing of a nave of rather rotary fist by means of special adaptation

Therefore in need of movement of the car on wheels at first record a nave of rather rotary fist by means of special adaptation 09608-16042 (fig. 3.171).
