Using special adaptation 09950-60020 and a press, install the new hug bearing of a forward wheel in a rotary fist.

Install the protection cover of a disk brake and by means of a wrench of Torx (T30), wrap 4 bolts.

Using special adaptation and a press, establish a nave of a forward wheel (fig. 3.148).

Using the device for installation of lock rings, establish a new lock ring of an opening of a nave of a forward wheel.

Install the lower spherical hinge of a forward suspension bracket and tighten a nut.

Inhaling moment: 123 N · m.

Install the new forelock.

ATTENTION If openings for the forelock do not coincide, wrap a nut further to 60 °.

Establish 2 bolts, nuts and a forward nave assembled on a damping rack of a forward suspension bracket.

Inhaling moment: 210 N · m.

NOTE Insert a bolt from a forward part of the vehicle and tighten a nut.

Put forward a forward nave outside, combine a shlitsevy part of the drive of a forward wheel with an opening in a nave and insert the drive of a forward wheel into a nave.

ATTENTION Do not put forward a forward nave too far. You watch to damaging a cover of the external hinge. You watch to damaging ABS speed sensor rotor.

Install the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket No. 1.

Establish steering draft.

Establish a forward disk.

Establish a support of a disk brake and fix it by two bolts to a rotary fist.

Inhaling moment: 106,9 N · m.

Establish a nut of a nave of a forward wheel.

Disconnect a support of a disk brake and carry out the check of a gap of the hug bearing and other checks described above in the subsection "Check on the Car".

Finalize a support of a disk brake on a rotary fist and fix it by 2 bolts.

Install the forward sensor of speed.

Establish a forward wheel.

Inhaling moment: 103 N · m.

Check and adjust the angles of installation of forward wheels.

Check ABS speed sensor signal.
