Using special adaptation 09350-32014 (09351-32140) and the hammer, establish a new epiploon of the pump (fig. 3.120).

NOTE Before installation grease an epiploon edge with vaseline. The epiploon has to be established aflush with an outer edge of the oil pump.

Grease a sealing ring with working liquid for the automatic transmission, install it in the case of the oil pump (fig. 3.121).

Grease the forward conducted gear wheel of the oil pump with working liquid for the automatic transmission, install it in the case of the oil pump by a tag (fig. 3.122) up.

Grease a forward leading gear wheel of the oil pump with working liquid for the automatic transmission, install a gear wheel in the case of the oil pump by a tag (fig. 3.123) up.

Establish a stator shaft, having combined openings under fastening bolts. Using a face key of Torx (T30), establish and tighten 11 bolts of fastening (fig. 3.124).

Inhaling moment: 9,8 N · m.

Establish 2 new sealing rings of the clutch drum (fig. 3.125).

ATTENTION Do not expand excessively a gap between the ends of rings.

Check the oil pump, for this purpose turn the leading gear wheel 2 screw-drivers and make sure that it rotates smoothly.
