3.3.10.2. Cleaning and check of an oil pipeline and oil cooler

Fig. 3.84. Cleaning and check of an oil pipeline and oil cooler

At survey of the coupling of the hydrotransformer or replacement of working liquid clear an oil pipeline and the oil cooler (fig. 3.84).

NOTE
Give compressed air under pressure of 196 kPa through an inlet hose.
If at working liquid there is a large number of a suspension, add new working liquid, using the piston pump, and again clear system.

If working liquid dimmed, examine the oil cooler (radiator).
Do not allow deformation of the coupling of the hydrotransformer and damage of gear wheels of the oil pump.

Fig. 3.85. Samples of serviceable and faulty bolts of the coupling

At detection of any traces of contact on the end of a bolt of the coupling of the hydrotransformer and in the opening basis under a bolt owing to the increased gaps replace a bolt and the coupling of the hydrotransformer (fig. 3.85).
All bolts have to be identical length.
Bolts with washers have to be used.
