Cover the surface of rotation of a semi-axial gear wheel with gearbox oil.
Establish 2 persistent washers of semi-axial gear wheels on 2 semi-axial gear wheels.
Establish a semi-axial gear wheel of the same thickness, as well as at removed.
Establish 2 semi-axial gear wheels, 2 satellites of differential and 2 persistent washers of semi-axial gear wheels in a differential box. Rotating differential satellites, install 2 satellites of differential with washers.
Cover the surfaces of rotation of an axis of satellites of differential No. 1 with gearbox oil.
Establish an axis of satellites of differential No. 1 in a differential box so that the opening of a pin of an axis of satellites coincided with an opening in a differential box.
Using small beards with a thin sting and the hammer, establish a pin of an axis of satellites of differential in a differential box opening.

Drive the differential satellite into the corner of a differential box. Using the indicator of hour type, measure a district gap of semi-axial gear wheels (fig. 3.69).
Standard district gap: 0,05–0,2 mm.
If the district gap does not meet standard, adjust a gap selection of a persistent washer of a semi-axial gear wheel.

Using the heater, heat a gear wreath to 90–100 °C (fig. 3.70).
Clear the surfaces of contact of a box of differential.
Having combined tags, quickly establish a gear wreath on a differential box.
Inhaling moment: 106 N · m.
Establish a gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer (MTM) on a differential box.
