Insert the special device in a clutch plate, then establish a disk on a flywheel (fig. 3.40).

Combine assembly tags on a casing of coupling and a flywheel. Tighten 6 bolts, since the bolt located about a pin from above. Working in the order shown in the figure 3.41 at the same time evenly tighten bolts.

Inhaling moment: 19,1 N · m.

NOTE With Ottsentriuyte the provision of a disk, slightly moving special adaptation up, down, to the right and to the left.

Using the indicator of hour type with a roller, check alignment of petals of a diaphragm spring (fig. 3.42).

Maximum discrepancy: 0,5 mm.

To install a support of a fork of switching off of coupling in the transmission.

Inhaling moment: 47,1 N · m.

Install a clip of the coupling of the bearing of switching off of coupling on the bearing.

Apply jellied lubricant on the surfaces of contact of the coupling and a fork of switching off of coupling, a fork and a pusher and a point of support of a fork (fig. 3.43).

Apply jellied lubricant for shlitsevy connections of coupling and on vents of the leading shaft.

Lubricant: No. according to the catalog 08887-01806, jellied lubricant for the coupling of switching off of coupling or its equivalent.

Install a fork of switching off of coupling with the bearing of switching off of coupling in the transmission.

NOTE After installation move a fork for check of smoothness of movement of the release bearing forward and back.

Establish a coupling switching off fork cover.

Install the transmission.
