Establish a spuskny stopper of the working cylinder, having twirled its moment inhalings of 8,3 N · m.

Install a new spring in the cylinder case.

Grease the piston with lithium jellied lubricant in the places shown by shooters in the figure 3.32.

Install the piston in the cylinder.

Establish a cylinder pusher.

Install a cover on the cylinder case.

Install the working cylinder of coupling assembled and fix it by 2 bolts the moment of an inhaling of 12 N · m.

Install the accumulator of coupling and fix it by 2 nuts and a bolt the moment of an inhaling of 12 N · m.

Establish an arm of a flexible hose No. 2 and fix it by 2 bolts (fig. 3.33).

Inhaling moment:

A bolt: 12 N · m;

B bolt: 39 N · m.

Using special adaptation, connect two flexible hoses, having tightened fastening nuts the moment of an inhaling of 15 N · m.

Establish an arm of a collar and fix by a bolt, having tightened its moment inhalings of 12 N · m.

Fill a tank of the main brake cylinder with liquid for coupling and remove air from a coupling hydraulic actuator contour.

Check coupling hydraulic actuator liquid leak.

Check liquid level in a coupling hydraulic actuator tank.
