Apply jellied MP lubricant on the surfaces of contact of a pin and the plug (fig. 3.26).

Connect a fork to a coupling pedal a pin.

NOTE Establish a pin on the left side of the vehicle.

Establish a pin clip.

Using special adaptation, connect a flexible hose and tighten a fastening nut.

Inhaling moment: 15,2 N · m.

Connect a tube of a tank of the main cylinder of coupling with a clip to the main cylinder of coupling.

ATTENTION Connect a tube of a tank of the main cylinder of coupling so that it was not bent.

Establish the amplifier of brakes.

Install the main brake cylinder.

Remove air from the main cylinder (fig. 3.27).

Having filled a tank of the main brake cylinder with liquid for coupling, remove air from system of coupling (fig. 3.29).

Check and adjust brake pedal height.

Check and adjust a coupling pedal assembled.

Check leak of brake fluid.

Check leak of liquid for coupling.

Check liquid level in a coupling hydraulic actuator tank.
