Install the plug of a fork of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling. Apply jellied lubricant on an internal part of the new plug. Install the fork plug in a coupling pedal opening.

Install the first buffer of a pedal of coupling.

Establish an overlay of a pedal of coupling.

Establish a spring cover.

Install the coupling pedal servo-driver plug. Before installation apply jellied lubricant on an internal part of the new plug.

Apply jellied lubricant on both surfaces of two new plugs of a pedal of coupling and establish them in an opening of a pedal (fig. 3.16).

Establish a coupling pedal assembled in an arm of a pedal of coupling and fix by a bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 36.8 N · m.

Apply jellied lubricant on the surfaces of contact of the plug and a spring of compression. Using nippers, establish an E-shaped ring and put into place a spring of compression of a saddle of a servomechanism (fig. 3.17).

Establish a coupling pedal assembled and fix by a bolt and two nuts.

Inhaling moment:

bolt: 19,1 N · m;

nut: 11,8 N · m.

Connect the coupling switch socket.

Apply jellied lubricant on the surfaces of contact of a pin and an opening of the plug of a fork of a pusher of the main cylinder of coupling. Connect a fork to a coupling pedal a pin. Establish a clip (fig. 3.18) on a pin.

Establish the top part of the dashboard.

Install the block of a combination of devices.

Install the panel of finishing of a combination of devices.

Check and adjust a coupling pedal.
