Tighten the lever of the parking brake and establish a wheel stopper.

Start the engine and leave it to idle.

Without pressing a coupling pedal, slowly move the gear shifting lever to the provision of a backing before contact of gear wheels.

Gradually pressing a coupling pedal, measure course size from a point in which noise of gear wheels stops (a switching off point), to a point of a full speed of a pedal.

Standard distance: 25 mm or are more (from a point of a full speed of a pedal to a switching off point) (fig. 3.7).

If the distance does not correspond to the specified parameters, execute the following:

check height of provision of a pedal;

check a gap of a pusher and a free wheeling of a pedal;

remove air from a coupling hydraulic actuator;

check a casing and the conducted clutch plate.
