Remove the remains of sealing material from the contact surfaces of the oil pump. Using solvent, clear the surfaces of contact and consolidations. Apply new sealant on the contact surface of the oil pump, as shown in the figure 2.373.

After putting sealant the interfaced details have to be collected during the time specified in the instruction for use of sealant. Otherwise material has to be removed and sealant is applied repeatedly.

Enter into gearing grooves of an internal gear wheel of a rotor of the oil pump with vents on cranked to a shaft and install the oil pump, as shown in the figure 2.374.

Wrap nine bolts of fastening of the oil pump for several passes the inhaling moment:

head of 10 mm – 8 N · m;

head of 12 mm – 20 N · m.
