Install the engine on the stand for dismantling.

Take off a belt of the GRM drive and its pulleys.

Remove heads of the block of cylinders.

Remove the generator, an adjusting arm of a belt of the generator and an arm assembled.

Remove the sensor of emergency pressure of oil.

Remove a conditioner compressor arm, having turned off three bolts of fastening.

Remove an arm of an intermediate pulley, having turned off two bolts of fastening.

Remove detonation sensors, having disconnected their sockets.

Remove fastening of a plait of wires of the engine. Disconnect a clip of a plait of wires of the engine from an arm. Turn off eight bolts, two nuts and remove the case of the thermostat (fig. 2.313).

Remove the pump of cooling liquid.

Remove an oil filter (fig. 2.314).

Turn off ten bolts and two nuts of fastening of the lower part of the oil pallet. Insert an edge of special adaptation between the lower and top parts of the oil pallet and, cutting off a sealant, remove the lower part of the pallet.

Having turned off three nuts, remove an oil receiver and laying.

Turn off two bolts and remove the lower cover of a case of a flywheel. Having turned off seventeen bolts and two nuts, separate the top part of the oil pallet from the block of cylinders by means of the screw-driver, inserting it into the grooves (fig. 2.315) intended for this purpose.

Remove a maslouspokoitel from the top part of the oil pallet.

To remove the oil pump, turn off nine bolts. Separate the oil pump by means of the screw-driver, having inserted it between the pump and a cover of the radical bearing (fig. 2.316).

Remove ring consolidation (fig. 2.317).

Remove a cooling system cap, having turned off two nuts.

Turn off a stopper of discharge of cooling liquid.
