Establish new laying and a final collector and evenly tighten six nuts of fastening in several passes the moment of an inhaling of 49 N · m.

Establish an arm of the pump of the amplifier of steering and wrap fastening bolts the moment of an inhaling of 43 N · m.

Establish a fixing plate on a head of the block of cylinders, having wrapped a fastening bolt the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m.

Establish protection of an electrical wiring of the engine.

To establish a GRM drive belt cover No. 3, be convinced that laying of a cover was not stratified and did not crack. If necessary replace laying, having executed the following operations:

– using the screw-driver or a scraper, remove the remains of old laying;

– remove protective paper from new laying and paste laying, as shown in the figure 2.309.

Check whether new laying was well pasted.

Before installation of the cogged pulley of a bent shaft combine an adjusting spline on cranked to a shaft with a shponochny groove in a pulley (fig. 2.310).

Install the cogged pulley of a bent shaft of a guide of a belt (a rotation frequency sensor rotor) inside. Put a plate of the cogged pulley and wrap a bolt of fastening of a plate the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m.

Establish a washer and wrap a roller-natyazhitelya bolt.

Check whether the roller-natyazhitel smoothly rotates.

Establish an intermediate pulley, tighten a fastening bolt the moment of an inhaling of 43 N · m also check whether the pulley smoothly rotates.

Combine a spline on distributive to a shaft with a shponochny groove on a pulley and establish a pulley on a shaft. Install the cogged pulley of the forward camshaft of a guide of a belt inside (fig. 2.311).

Using the special tool, establish and tighten bolts of pulleys the moment of an inhaling of 125 N · m.

Install the pump of cooling liquid, having tightened four bolts and two nuts of fastening of the pump the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m (fig. 2.312).

Establish a cover of a belt of the GRM drive and tighten six bolts the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m.

Wrap spark plugs.

Install ignition coils.

Establish two new laying on an inlet branch pipe of a sitema of cooling. Connect a final branch pipe of the cooling system to a hose of restart-up of cooling liquid. Establish a final branch pipe, two washers and serially tighten two bolts and two nuts the moment of an inhaling of 15 N · m.

Establish an inlet collector, a fuel collector with nozzles, two washers and evenly tighten nine bolts and two nuts for several passes the moment of an inhaling of 15 N · m.

Establish the top part of an inlet collector assembled.

Establish an arm No. 1 of the engine and tighten two bolts the moment of an inhaling of 39 N · m.

Establish a rack of the top part of an inlet collector and tighten two bolts of its fastening the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.

Connect an electrical wiring and hoses.

Establish a protective cover of the engine.

Fill in cooling liquid.
