Clamp the camshaft for the six-sided site in a vice. Establish the following details:

1 – spring ring of a gear wheel of the camshaft;

2 – auxiliary gear wheel of the drive of the camshaft;

3 – spring washer.

NOTE Combine the directing pins on gear wheels with the ends of a spring.

Using flat-nose pliers, establish lock rings. Using the screw-driver, combine an opening of the main gear wheel of the drive of the camshaft and an auxiliary gear wheel, turning an auxiliary gear wheel of the drive of the camshaft clockwise, then establish a technological bolt (fig. 2.291).

Combine teeths of the main and auxiliary gear wheel and tighten a technological bolt.
