Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.

Temporarily establish a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft and, turning a bent shaft, combine adjusting tags on the cogged pulley of a bent shaft and the case of the oil pump (see fig. 2.235).

Using the special tool, turn camshafts, having combined adjusting tags on cogged pulleys of shaft and a cover No. 3 of a belt of the GRM drive (see fig. 2.236).

Establish a GRM drive belt.

Remove if is available, any liquid from cogged pulleys and rollers. At installation of the reused belt be convinced that the arrow is directed towards rotation of a belt. Combine adjusting tags on a belt and a pulley of a bent shaft. Combine adjusting tags on a belt and pulleys of camshafts. Establish a GRM drive belt, putting on it elements in the specified sequence, as shown in the figure 2.239:

1 – cogged pulley of a bent shaft;

2 – pulley of the pump of cooling liquid;

3 – pulley of the forward camshaft;

4 – intermediate pulley;

5 – pulley of the back camshaft;

6 – roller-natyazhitel.

Establish a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive.

Move a rod of a natyazhitel so that to combine openings on a rod and the case of a natyazhitel (effort of 980-9800 N). Record a rod a six-sided key on 1,27 mm. Establish a boot on a natyazhitel. Alternately tighten two bolts of fastening of a natyazhitel the moment of an inhaling of 27 N · m. Take out the six-sided key fixing a rod (fig. 2.240).

Check gas distribution phases. Turn a bent shaft on one turn before combination of adjusting tags on the cogged pulley of a bent shaft and the case of the oil pump (see fig. 2.235). Check whether adjusting tags on pulleys of camshafts and a cover No. 3 of a belt of the GRM drive were combined. If it did not occur, reinstall a belt (see fig. 2.236). Turn off a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft.

Establish the right support of the engine, having fixed it by the moment of an inhaling of 28 Nanometers.

Establish a GRM drive belt cover No. 2. Check, did not crack whether laying of a cover of a belt was stratified. If necessary replace laying.

Establish a cover No. 2 of a belt of the GRM drive and wrap five bolts the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m. Establish protection of conducting on a GRM drive belt cover No. 3.

Establish a GRM drive belt guide by the coming-out part (fig. 2.241).

Establish a cover No. 1 of a belt of the GRM drive and wrap four bolts the moment of an inhaling of 8 N · m.

Establish a pulley of a bent shaft, having combined a spline on cranked to a shaft with a shponochny groove on a pulley, establish a pulley and, using the special tool, tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley the moment of an inhaling of 216 N · m (see fig. 2.233).

Establish an arm No. 2 of the generator and acquire a hinged bolt and a nut, without tightening them.
