Weaken a bolt of fastening of the generator, turn off a nut and remove a generator arm No. 2.

Holding a pulley of a bent shaft special tools 09213-54015 and 09950-50013, turn off a bolt of fastening of a pulley and remove a pulley (fig. 2.233).

Turn off four bolts and uncover GRM drive belt No. 1.

Remove a GRM drive belt guide.

Uncover GRM drive belt No. 2. Turn off a bolt and remove protection of conducting from a GRM drive belt cover No. 3. Remove a clip of protection of conducting from a GRM drive belt cover No. 3. Turn off 5 bolts, release two clips of fastening and uncover No. 2 of a belt of the GRM drive (fig. 2.234).

Turn off two bolts and a nut and remove the right support of the engine.

Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT. Temporarily establish a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft on a shaft. Turn a bent shaft, having combined adjusting tags on the cogged pulley of a bent shaft and the case of the oil pump (fig. 2.235).

ATTENTION Always turn a bent shaft clockwise. Check whether tags on cogged pulleys of camshafts coincide with tags on a GRM drive belt cover No. 3. Otherwise turn a bent shaft on one turn (360 °). Turn off a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft.

If the belt of the GRM drive is reused, check existence on outer side of a belt of three adjusting tags and the tag specifying the direction of rotation. If tags are absent, put three adjusting tags opposite to tags on cogged pulleys distributive both cranked in bulk and a tag of the direction of rotation (fig. 2.237).

Alternately weakening, turn off two bolts, remove a natyazhitel of a belt of the GRM drive and a boot. Take off a GRM drive belt.
