Bolts of fastening of a head of the block drag on in two stages. If one of bolts is damaged, replace it. Before installation apply a little engine oil on a carving and under heads of bolts. Evenly, for several passes, tighten ten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders the moment of an inhaling of 79 N · m in the sequence shown in the figure 2.143.

Note the bolt edge turned to a forward part of the engine. Tighten all bolts on 90 ° in the sequence stated above. Make sure that all tags of bolts are turned on 90 ° from initial situation.

Install the VVT-i valve and tighten its moment inhalings of 9 N · m.

Install camshafts.
