Remove old sealant. Be careful, do not damage contact surfaces. Using an edge and a scraper, remove old sealant from contact surfaces and from deepenings under sealant. Carefully clear all components before installation. Using bezosadochny solvent, clear surfaces before putting sealant. Apply fresh sealant on a case, as shown in the figure 2.135.

Establish new ring consolidation (fig. 2.136).

Orient tags on balancer shafts and a conrod neck No. 1, as shown in the figure 2.137.

Establish a case. Evenly, for several passes, tighten bolts of fastening of a case in the inhaling of 33 N shown in the drawing 2.138 sequences by the moment · m.

Check combination of tags, as shown in the figure 2.139.

Establish a cap, having applied sealant on a carving and tighten its moment inhalings of 26 N · m. Establish the VVT-i oil filter and tighten its moment inhalings of 30 N · m (fig. 2.140).

Wrap the drain crane the moment of an inhaling of 25 N · m, having applied sealant on 2–3 rounds of a carving. Having tightened the crane the necessary moment, turn it clockwise until the opening for discharge is not below (fig. 2.141).

Install the union of the oil heater (model with the oil heater). Establish laying of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.142).
