Before installation clear the contact surfaces of the pump of cooling liquid of old sealant. Lay new sealant on an edge of the pump (thickness of a layer of 2-2,5 mm) (fig. 2.165).

NOTE Remove surplus of sealant. After installation of the pump do not start the engine within two hours.

Establish a pump housing of cooling liquid, having tightened four bolts of fastening and two nuts the moment of an inhaling of 9 N · m (fig. 2.166).

By means of the special tool 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-00700) establish a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid, having tightened four bolts of fastening the moment of an inhaling of 26 N · m (fig. 2.167).
