Turn the conducted gear wheel No. 1 of the balancer shaft No. 1 in the direction of rotation to the limiter, having convinced that tags on gear wheels No. 1 and No. 2 are combined (fig. 2.132).

Place balancer shafts in a case. Apply a little engine oil on a carving and under heads of bolts of fastening of a cover of the balanced mechanism. Evenly, for several passes, in shown in the drawing 2.134 sequences wrap 8 bolts of fastening the moment of an inhaling of 22 N · m.

Mark paint bolts. Tighten bolts on 90 ° in the sequence stated above. Make sure that tags on bolts are located under 90 ° in relation to initial situation now.
