Remove the sensor of position of the camshaft.

Install the piston of the first cylinder in compression step VMT.

To remove a pulley of a bent shaft, turn it and combine to risk with marking "0" on a gas distribution mechanism drive chain cover. Make sure that tags on asterisks are combined with tags on covers No. 1 and No. 2 of bearings of camshafts, as shown in the figure 2.55.

Turn out a pulley bolt by means of the special tool, then remove a pulley of a bent shaft by means of a stripper (fig. 2.56).
