Cut off a knife an epiploon edge. By means of the screw-driver which is wrapped up by fabric take an epiploon (2.72).

NOTE By means of an emery paper remove the epiploon remains from an edge of the holder of a back epiploon. Apply lubricant on a surface of a new epiploon. By means of a drift and the hammer press a new epiploon so that its surface did not support edge of an edge of the holder of a back epiploon.
