1.2.6.6. Safety of children
In transit in the car of babies or juvenile children it is always necessary to use special means of ensuring of safety. Means of ensuring of safety of children which you install in the car have to correspond to growth and body weight of the child. At installation of children's safety controls on a car seat strictly observe instructions of the manufacturer of a concrete product.
As the statistics of the road accidents testifies, traumatism of children is less if they settle down in a special chair or a cradle on back, but not on a front seat.
Babies and juvenile children have to be transported always in the car only with use of appropriate means of safety.
It is forbidden to establish a children's chair in which the child settles down the person back, on a front seat if the car is equipped with an inflatable safety cushion of the forward passenger.
At installation of such children's chair on a front seat the child can be seriously injured at the time of operation of an inflatable safety cushion. Therefore establish children's chairs in which the child is turned by the person back, only on a back seat.
It is also more preferable to establish a children's chair in which the child settles down face forward on a back seat. In case of installation of such children's chair on a front passenger seat, the last has to be shifted back in extreme situation.
ATTENTION
You make installation of children's means of ensuring of safety according to assembly instructions of the manufacturer of a concrete product. If the children's chair or other safety control temporarily is not used, remove it from the car or fix by a seat belt in order to avoid dangerous movements on salon at sharp braking or the road accident. It is forbidden to hold children on hands during the movement of the car. Do not allow children to stand on the feet or knees on car seats. Do not allow the child to the luggage compartment at the movement of the car.
Children whose growth does not allow to use special children's means of ensuring of safety have to settle down on a back seat and to be fastened by seat belts. If the humeral strap of a seat belt settles down directly on a neck of the child or is too close to his neck, replace the child to the middle of a back seat. If it is not possible to achieve the correct and safe provision of a humeral tape of a belt, put the child on the average place equipped only with a zone seat belt.
