The display of external temperature shows temperature of external air at the included ignition (fig. 1.76).

Range of temperature displayed on the display is ranging from –30 °C to 50 °C.

The key has to be in the provision of "ON".

If in a chain of the sensor of temperature of external air there is a malfunction, on the display indication will appear "-". In this case contact your dealer of Toyota.

Indication "-" can appear for one moment at bystry switching of ignition in the provision of "ON". If it soon goes out, it is normal.
